Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Yamalin Garment Factory. We are committed to providing high-quality knitted garments and professional manufacturing services. Please carefully read our refund policy below.

1. Sample Orders

• Sample fees are non-refundable once samples have been produced and shipped. • If a bulk order is confirmed after sampling, part or all of the sample fee may be deducted from the bulk order amount (subject to negotiation).

2. Bulk Orders

As all bulk orders are custom-made according to client specifications, refunds are generally not accepted once production has started.

Refunds or compensation may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Serious quality defects confirmed by both parties • Wrong products shipped • Major production errors caused by our factory

In such cases, we will offer: • Free re-production, or • Partial refund, or • Compensation for future orders

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Slight color difference due to monitor display • Minor size deviation within international tolerance standards • Delays caused by force majeure (weather, customs inspection, shipping delays, etc.) • Client-provided incorrect specifications or design files
